Any advice on trailer designs to carry OC-1,2's? Looking to pack 12 or more. Tongue length? Body width? Advantage of straight shelves or diagonal. Material type - stainless steel or aluminum or ? If anyone can post pictures to get ideas or words of wisdom?

im planning on buying a new paddle soon, and i was wondering if anyone could recommend a good paddle for a pretty decent price. i plan on using the paddle for both OC-1 and OC-6.

I had the unique opportunity, at least for me, to try three different OC1s this past weekend. I paddled the Pegasus, Scorpius, and Scorpius XM and found them all to be very nice boats in terms of quality and comfort, but with one exception. The Scorpius, for such a high volume boat, was short in cockpit length and kind of feels like it is not meant for tall paddlers. I felt like my knees were too high and had a pinched-in feeling, just seemed kind of strange. The length in both the Pegasus and the XM is nearly perfect with the seat nearly or fully all the way back.

I'm getting caught in a bit of a dilemma. Our club recently purchased a new OC6. Newly manufactured and delivered. At the time, we ordered a race skirt for the canoe. It was a skirt designed to fit this model canoe (canoe manufacturer AND skirt manufacturer are in the same city). We took delivery on the canoe and attempted to fit the spray skirt to find that it didn't fit at all. The cockpits in the skirt did not line up with the seats, the skirt was too narrow in spots.

Does anyone know how and where I can order a Makana Ali'i Paddle?
