what kind of hydration packs do you guys use or like? ive been using a kole gear hydration pack since molokai and i really like it. i like that you dont have to wait to get the water, its right there when you bite it. i also like how you can fill it halfway up then freeze it overnite,then fill it the rest of the way up and your drink will stay cold for the next few hours. any input or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

What boat should I get the Scorpius XM, The Pueo, or Outrigger Connection new Osprey. I have a old Viper that I been using for a year now. Want to compete in some OC1 races. I am 6'2" 180lbs. What you all think??????

A boat builder near us makes "Duke" four man canoes and we are considering ordering one. I haven't seen much info about it and I assume the original company went out of business. Has anyone ever paddled in one (or even any other OC 4) and has advice? I don't want to order one and then find that it isn't very good for paddling, or our paddles are hitting the 'iako or something.

And, does anyone use or know of people using a trailer with rollers that carries the canoe upright and is backed off a boat ramp and unloaded into the water?

The appeal of making canoes in China usually comes down to cost. Enjoy your blue ocean while you still can. No regulations, no rules, no workers rights, no conscience.

Sure hope that "cheaper" boat is worth it...
