i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a bent bar rack (the one that goes right behind the cab) for a 2002 tacoma. if i could get the number of the person that makes them, a price range, and approximately how long it would take to get it, that would be awesome. thanks

Does anyone have a Zephyr Seat they looking to part with...looking for something for someone about 5'9 so I think a size 15?

I am looking for a way to track the hull speed on my OC2. I know some paddlers use a sports watch/Garmin but what about something thats in the water for instant read-outs?

Anyone ever thought of or tried taking an older oc1 that uses thumbscrews to attach the ama and iakos and converting it to use push pins? Any thoughts or ideas would be welcom.

I just started teaching my 10yo and 12yo daughters how to paddle the OC1. I've been keeping them close to shore because I don't have PFD's for them yet. We practiced huli drills, but I still have them paddle parallel and close to shore. They are now bored and want to go farther out into the bay.

The 'kayak' ones seem too bulky...I saw inflatable ones at West Marine that seemed ok...but expensive...what about the inflatable fanny pack ones?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a OC-1 roof rack system for an Acura CL? I'm concerned the roof is too short to hold down an oc1 safely.

If anyone has a CL or any experience with a rack for a CL, please let me know.

Does anyone have any experience on the Kainalu made by Kamanu Composites?
My friend is considering on buying one but he would like more info on it...
I have only tried the Kaimana from Kamanu Composites... Not sure how big of a difference there is between the two.
Can someone more experienced on the Kainalu please give me feedback to pass to him?

I am trying to refurbish a Kolea OC1. It has a few leaks and cracking gelcoat (pealing like a hardboiled egg). My main problem is there are no iakos or ama. I have no clue what the the original looks like. If I can't find any compatible. I may have to fabricate something. I pretty sure I can do the iakos, but the ama may be difficult. My idea was to make one out of surboard foam and then glass it. By coincidence, I ran into a high school friend who's husband has a CNC machine in is backyard for cutting foam cores for surfboards.

Wondering if there were any recommedations for oc-1 repairs in Southern California, especially around Long Beach? Everybody says they "know" someone but nothings comes up online. Thanks (boat is held together by duct tape currently)
